Deliveries and Returns

Deliveries

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) and will usually dispatch the same day if orders are received before 14:00 UK local time.

We will always let you know by email if there is going to be a delay of more than three days.

It is very important to us that our products reach you in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with the delivery service in any way, please let us know at tim@carmellondon.com but we are confident that the processes we have put in place serve us and our customers well.

UK Deliveries

Standard UK Deliveries

We offer a 2nd Class Royal Mail postage on all orders, as standard, to delivery addresses within the United Kingdom. We cannot offer any specific delivery time guarantees with this service.

Royal Mail Signed For® - 2nd Class

For an additional cost, if you place your order before 14:00 UK local time (Monday to Friday), we can send your order by the Royal Mail Signed For® - 2nd Class service, to delivery addresses within the United Kingdom. The Royal Mail Signed services offer a signature on delivery when you need extra peace of mind.

International Deliveries

We can deliver your order worldwide. For International Shipping costs or if you have any questions about international shipping please email us at tim@carmellondon.com .

Please note, any fees charged by customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Delivery Address

If the delivery address you provide at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for the loss of your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge will be applied to resend your order.

Please take care when entering your details, as once your order has been processed we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We take great pride in the quality of Carmel London Limited products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Carmel London Limited are so good that you will not want to return it!

However, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with any of our products you may return them within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.

Please note that the refund covers the cost of the products only and will not include delivery charges. If an item is returned from an order where a discount has been applied, the value of the discount will be deducted from the refund.

Please send us a notice of your return by emailing tim@carmellondon.com with your name, address and order number, to obtain a Returns Code. Upon receipt of your Returns Code, please include the Returns Code provided along with the goods and return them to:

You may also cancel your order at anytime before dispatch by simply calling us on +44 (0) 7766 912580 or emailing tim@carmellondon.com with your name, address and order number. However please note we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and, if possible, the same day. After dispatch you may still cancel your order but you will need to return the goods as described above for a full refund.
